I need advice on this issue. Would it most likely be the T-Con, the LD board or the panel? I don't think it's the panel as it's still producing colours and responds to the T-Con cables being in or out. What is this issue called? On start up, it's a blueish screen then the picture slowly tries to come in from the left then across the screen. You can see that there are colours there with waves of light so it's trying to produce the image. How would you describe this issue so I can research?
